Terms of Sale

These terms govern your use of goldenvitaminus.com and every order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

The seller of every product offered on this website is TEST Golden Vitaminus Ltd, a a private limited company organised in England and Wales, with its place of business at 1 Test Street, Unit 2, London, Greater London, E1 6AN, United Kingdom, trading as Golden Vitaminus.

We are the seller. We are not an agent, a broker, a marketplace or an intermediary for anyone else. When you buy from this website, your contract is with TEST Golden Vitaminus Ltd and with nobody else. Our suppliers, our e-commerce platform and our payment provider are our service providers; they are not parties to your contract and you do not need to deal with them. Every consumer-law obligation in relation to your order — delivery, refunds, faulty goods, complaints — is ours.

2. Where the goods come from

Our products are manufactured and shipped from China, directly from our supplier's warehouse to your address. We make no representation that any product is made in, or ships from, the United States. Delivery times and customs treatment are set out in our Shipping and Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

3. How an order is placed and when the contract is formed

You add items to your cart and go to checkout at our checkout address, checkout.goldenvitaminus.com.
You enter your delivery details and review your order. Before the final step you can go back and correct anything you have entered — quantities, address, or the items themselves.
You submit the order using the button clearly labelled as placing an order with an obligation to pay.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email, not when you click the button and not when payment is authorised.

We store the details of your order and send them to you in your confirmation email, which you can save or print. The language of the contract is English, or, where this store is also offered in another language, the language of the store version in which you complete your order; any mandatory language requirements of the place where you live are unaffected.

We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot ship to your address, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if the order is flagged as fraudulent. If we decline, we will tell you and you will not be charged; any authorisation will be released.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD.
The total you will pay — item price, shipping and any applicable taxes — is shown before you are asked for payment details. We do not add mandatory fees at the final step and we do not advertise a price we do not honour.
Whether import duties and customs charges are included in that total is stated in our Shipping and Delivery policy. Read that section before ordering.
We do not charge any surcharge for paying by card, and we do not use pre-ticked boxes or default add-ons to charge you for anything you did not actively choose.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment service provider. Your card details go directly to them and never reach us. The provider handles payment processing only; the seller of the goods is TEST Golden Vitaminus Ltd. Your card statement will show TEST GOLDENVIT.

5. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping and Delivery policy and our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy form part of these terms. In summary: we tell you separately how long we take to hand your order to the carrier and how long the carrier then takes; you may cancel free of charge at any time before your order is handed to the carrier; if we cannot ship on time we contact you first and offer you the choice of agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a prompt refund; refunds for cancelled orders are issued within seven working days to your original payment method.

6. Product information, images and reviews

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs and videos are illustrative; colours can vary between screens and minor variations in packaging or trim occur. If what arrives is materially different from what was described, that is a defective or incorrect item and our returns policy applies at our cost.

Customer reviews. Where we display reviews, they come from people who bought the product from us. We do not create, buy, import or publish reviews written by anyone who did not buy the product from this store, we do not suppress genuine negative reviews, and we do not offer anything in exchange for a positive review. We do not use countdown timers, fake stock counters or other invented urgency.

7. Acceptable use of this website

You may use this website to browse and buy for your own use. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, resell access to it, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights. The content of this site — text, images, layout and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use.

8. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for delivering goods that match their description and for putting things right when they do not, as set out in our returns policy. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control such as customs inspections, carrier disruption or extreme weather — but this does not limit our obligation to deliver, replace or refund. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, contact support@goldenvitaminus.com. Our procedure is: Write to support@goldenvitaminus.com with your order number. We acknowledge within 2 business days and give a final response within 8 weeks.. We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and aim to resolve them without you having to escalate anywhere. Support is provided in English.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rule of the state in which you habitually reside. If a rule of your home state gives you more protection than these terms or than the law chosen above, that rule applies to you regardless of this clause.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page at the moment you place it, and it is the version we will apply to you afterwards. Changes are never applied retroactively to orders already placed.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us about your order.
